On Location Tour Rates

One of the purposes of the On Location Tour is to offer the affordable benefits of Jodi's Ski Skool by bringing the lessons to you. When the Tour comes to your familiar and favorite local ski site, there's no need to worry about the additional expenses of flights, rental cars or accommodations.

Taking Jodi's Ski Skool on the road via the On Location Tour does unfortunately incur additional overhead and expenses inherent with operating and mobilizing the Tour rig. The Tour rates are slightly more than the regular Ski Skool rates in order to help cover the additional over-the-road expenses. But they are still an amazing economical option for you to receive professional ski lessons without the expense of traveling to a ski school.

12-Set Clinic Day $1,250

The half-day (12-set) option is our minimum charge to hold a Clinic. Any additional sets booked over the minimum will be charged at $75 per set. A half-day Clinic is subject to a mileage charge (see details below).

24-Set Clinic Day $1,750*

Your club or group can decide the number of skiers and sets for each, but we have found that the optimum benefit for each skier would be a maximum of 8 skiers skiing three sets each.

• Book a full 24-set Clinic day, and each participating skier will receive a free 2011 On Location T-shirt

Additional Discounts

Additional discounts are available for multiple and consecutive Clinic Days booked at the same time for the same location.

• Multiple and consecutive full 24-set Clinic bookings for the same location will be offered at a 15% discount, or $1,487.50.
• If the schedule and clinic site allows for the On Location Tour rig to stay on-site the night after the clinic, and there is interest for additional sets that following morning, they will be available at $75 each, no minimum number of sets required.

Each site contact who books a full 24-set clinic day will receive a coached set for two skiers at Jodi’s Ski Skool in Orlando. This incentive is fully transferable to any two members in the club, and does not include airfare or accommodations.

Mileage Charge

For any booked clinic that is not a full day (24 sets), a mileage charge of $0.46 will be applied, up to a maximum of $250. Mileage will be calculated between departing and arriving clinic locations.

Down Payment

A 25% down-payment is required (excluding mileage) to secure a place on the 2011 clinic schedule. Down-payment is due by April 15th, balance to be paid in full on the day of the clinic.

Refund Policy

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your clinic by the final scheduling date of April 15th. If canceled after April 15th, we will refund 100% only if we book another clinic in your slot with at least the same number of sets.
